Occupational Therapy During COVID

During these times of confinement and fear, we are not distracted from our real personalities nor do we have the crutches of the outer world to hold onto or full outward expression of who we are.

For some the following emotions may become quite difficult to control:

  • Fear
  • Anxiety
  • Boredom
  • Depression
  • Lethargy
  • Loneliness
  • Claustrophobia.
  • Financial distress

On the other hand, for some, they enjoy the beauty of natures rejuvenation and the time to be with themselves and their loved ones as well as to learn new skills.

For those wanting to channel their negative emotions, we have created this occupational therapy page. Feel free to

  • Journal
  • Draw
  • Write poetry
  • Sketch
  • Ask questions
  • Seek guidance
  • Join our free zoom sessions
  • Ask us to create zoom sessions to discuss, share and inspire.

We will post your content here
